For a while now it's been on my mind to send you
a thank you note saying how useful and interesting this newsletter is. I've
been receiving it at least since April 2006, so it's been a much
appreciated constant. Also, it gives me the sense of connectedness with what's
happening "out there."
Marina Bilak I look forward to reading the premium editions of the
Tool Kit as they reach my inbox. The energy and skills you devote to our profession are most impressive
:-).

Your newsletter is one
of the rare truly informative pieces we receive by e-mail, so I’m looking
forward even more to your premium version. I enjoy your newsletters very much; they're very informative
and witty.
Congratulations on your 100th issue!

CONGRATULATIONS and a huge THANK YOU for the marvelous, extremely useful newsletter. Ivana Bjelac Congratulations, Jost, on the 100th edition of the Tool Kit - it's a fabulous resource! Thanks so much for your tireless effort to help the translation community
think seriously about tools (and sometimes not so seriously!).
I have enjoyed the Tool Kit very much, although I am not a practicing translator, and I am all admiration for your persistence in putting out 100 issues!! Laurie Gerber
I just wanted to say how much I enjoy and admire your
newsletter. It's beautifully written, aways intelligent and right on the ball.
Thank you. I am big fan of your newsletter. You have a quite a decent thing going here. I have been reading your newsletter for a few years and I am very happy that you
had the idea of writing it, as I found and keep finding many interesting
ideas. Your tips have already been life saving on numerous occasions. As always, your newsletter is fantastic, Thanks a lot for all the great stuff. I
was reading your newsletter yesterday and realized that you'd achieved
the impossible (for me): getting me to actually ENJOY reading technical
info - I tend to run away in horror. Anyway, thanks! It is no small
feat. Awesome work! Thanks a lot! Thanks for all your help. You're a godsend! Thank you, Jost. Please keep up the good work. It is extremely valuable to a lot of us. I enjoy your newsletters very much and save them like gold. In
this time for THANKSGIVING--thanks for your selfless, tireless, and
meaningful contributions (I have to write it in plural) to us. I'd like you to know that this is a FAN LETTER. Your idea of
sending a newsletter is brilliant! Not only is it helpful even to the
tech-challenged (me) but it also serves as a reminder of how much I
have yet to learn and encourages me to take steps to acquire some of
that knowledge. I look forward to many more. Just a short mail to say THANKS for your newsletter. It is always interesting and fun reading. Thanks for your excellent book and newsletter plus my wishes of great success in your future plans. . . . very informative and to the point, without being excessively long. Great newsletter, Jost. Great stuff. And even more brilliant, you are willing to share it. First of all I would like to congratulate you for the
information you include in the Tool Kit newsletter. For me it is very
useful and I always wait to receive it. Keep up the good work. Ich vergass Ihnen zu sagen, dass mir den Newsletter ganz gut gefällt. Tolle Idee! Congratulations on your newsletter. I am using information in it already. Congratulations for the nice job you are doing. I really enjoyed your seminar organized by NOTIS last year,
and I love to read your newsletter. And, of course, I try and make good
use of your advice! By the way, your job with this book and the biweekly
newsletters is very impressive! Keep on teaching us new tips and
commenting about software! Let me say that the Tool Kit newsletter is very useful for me. Thx for your efforts. |
